        From the moment I got in touch with Multipest in Watford they were helpful, understanding and very professional. Oskars, who sorted out my loft rodent situation, was very knowledgeable and went over and above to help me. Following on from the extermination, Multipest came back to clear out my loft and spary it and deodorise it for me. Again this was Oskars and I would recommend to anyone with these problems.         Rats in our loft. Really horrible hearing noises at night we initially thought it was a bird. They were thorough and not only controlled the problem in the loft but did some drain work to prevent it reoccurring.
