        booked an appointment though a recommendation for a general postural assessment. within 2 minutes had already identified target areas for his therapy, exceptional technique, excellent equipment and incredible knowledge, over 15 years experience, left feeling like a new man. Will definitely be returning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

        I went today for my first appt. I immediately felt at ease with Rupinder. He is warm, welcoming and funny! My back feels sooo much better after just 1 visit, looking forward to returning. Would recommend highly!!

        Amazing!!! I've been for Tension Headaches, muscle tension, Hip Bursitis, Arthritis & back issues. Alot going on, but this place is an absolute life saver for me! Shock Wave Therapy was suggested for me by my GP, but the waiting list was so long so I tried it here and the pain relief was amazing! The machine Rupinder uses to release tight muscles works just like Deep Tissue Massage too, but without the pain! Rupinder is exceptional! Approachable, sensitive & honest with regards to expectations. I've only seen Rob once but felt very comfortable with him. I literally couldn't recommend this place enough!
