I have used Mark for a number of years due to my bad back, I have always found Mark polite and knowledgeable and I always come away feeling better. I would highly recommend Mark and his business.

I initially went to see Mark to help overcome persistent sports injuries suffered from tight calves and hamstrings as a result of a sedentary day job. Mark quickly pinpointed the cause of the problem and didn't just fix it but helped me understand the mechanics and gave me a set of exercises to strengthen, increase flexibility and protect myself from injury over the long term. I now see Mark once a month as a maintenance service to ensure I don't fall on bad habits again and ensure I stay injury free. Top bloke, comes highly recommended.

My first and last time with Mark he clearly told me over the phone that my treatment was 55 after my 20minutes of treatment an lot of talking Mark charged me 65.. So when I confronted him about this he told me I miss heard him (which I did not) After a while he gave me my 10 back but was making out I miss heard him which I really did not. He was clearly trying it on thinking I wouldn't challenge him. I would not recommend this guy
