All the staff are kind and friendly and Dr Thakrar is extremely knowledgeable. I'm incredibly grateful that both my children have been and will go on to be treated by her and her wonderful team!
No doubt, the final smile speaks for itself!

The first one Dr Thakrar (extremely ineligible) told us in the initial meeting that we would need 4 teeth removed to make space. On our refusal she became harsh and rude with us.
Then we were moved to Dr Ali. He was quite reasonable and made a plan for us to straighten out teeth without any removal. It means my child would have had 4 teeth removed unecessarily, if we hadn't refused. We were with him around 6 to 8 months. He did his job well.
Then suddenly we were moved to another orthodontist who was very rude, not even want to talk or explain. He was extremely clumsy, heavy handed and almost knock teeth when adjusting. Due to lack of care we left the practice with cuts in my child's mouth.Just to clarify he is not Dr Navid Khan.
To our surprise after two to three months we were moved to the same lady which we met in our first meeting. She is totally unprofessional. Her nurse is incapable. Both of them just teach other the names of tools that are used in the treatment.
She is also the clumsy one. Too hard on patients. Knocking here and knocking there in the mouth. Trying to move and push even bang on the patient's teeth.
She keeps her tools on the patient's neck or chest that is such a horrible experience for my kid.
In an answer to any sort of inquiry she just refuses to give any option except to go private though we were through NHS. Seems the whole practice put emphasis on making as much money as possible.
Just came to know the last two doctors who doesn't know their job are actually not experienced orthodontist. They started as dental surgeon and when found this field more attractive they moved to orthodontics in last few years. To our bad luck.
Overall an unpleasant experience from an ineffective professionals. Do not visit if you would prefer an effective service for your child.
