        Made a same day appointment to have my eyes tested for the first time, when going through the tests i explained that i have been having headaches for the last few days and just wanted to confirm it wasn't due to my eyesight, everyone I dealt with was very helpful and welcoming especially Kavi, who answer my questions and put my mind at ease with his expertise.

        Just wanted to thank Uma Makwana and Nikil Mehta for such great customer care today at the VE in Tesco - Watford. They were both so helpful and informative and Uma helped me to find a suitable, affordable pair of glasses. I felt really cared for and was treated so nicely. I had been worried about my eyes, as I had a migraine for a while, my mind was soon put to rest by all the tests they did. There was a great atmosphere in the store. I can highly recommend this branch as I always receive great service with a friendly smile :)
