Boots Opticians

I had appointment at Boots optician 11 th of April 23.There was Optometrist Ms.TAHERA who checked up my sight.I can say she did a great job and showed her professionalism.She gave me even some useful advices beyond my expectations .I am very grateful to her.The Boots has to be proud having her.

Always use Boots Watford opticians. Had eye test last friday and ordered new glasses and will soon order some sunglasses. All staff very helpful especially the dispenser Damans. But Yashvi the optician equally great. Many thanks Mark.

Happy with eye test but unfortunately customer service has declined, went to collect my glasses and was told I was given the wrong collection date! I was also told they would call me when they arrived. After waiting weeks I called them to find out where they were, only to be told they had been in the store for weeks. On collection I sat waiting while staff were standing at the desk behaving strangely, just staring at me and talking about me which is very rude, I was sitting waiting for a while because she had taken my name incorrectly! Staff training needed immediately or replaced.

Good service. Visited for my daughter eye scan and glasses. The staff Alisha, Hemalvi, and Rohini made our experience easier throughout.

Terrible service. While I was waiting the guy was talking to this other girl and they completely ignored the phone call and the other patients. I'm sure most of it is new staff and they're not trained to do anything that's why they just stand around talking and do nothing while patients wait for ages. So messed up.
