Aura Nails - Asda Watford

I went in for a pedicure and the lady was amazing, she gave my feet and lower legs a massage, she knew I used a stick and she wanted to try and help. The massage chair was lovely and honestly it was the best pedicure I've ever had. The place was spotless, very COVID safe. Wheelchair accessible and room for pushchairs. They offer so many services here and so much choice. I highly recommend going here

Very dissatisfied customer.. Used to come here a lot . However last time I went there in December they damaged my skin and made it bleed while she scrubbed the side of my foot she scrubbed so hard that from only 2 moves it started bleeding. Went there again after 2 weeks and showed them what the girl did. Even after a few months the damage is there. Bruises that wont go away. They didnt even offer to do my nails for free for the inconvenience. Very disappointed. I understand mistakes can happen, but instead of talking to each other they should pay attention to their work . I wont visit this place again as now I will probably have this scars for life. Shame! I dont usually write reviews but I was so upset leaving this nail salon. I had a guy who got very annoyed at me for wanting my nails short he wouldnt listen I had to keep asking for shorter. He didnt give me the colour I asked for or the right pattern and the nail vanish had bumps on it when I complained he got agressive pulled on my fingers when trying to take the colour off. A collegue next to him even said to him take ur time.Then the colour he used for the pattern was the wrong one I told him. He lost his temper slammed the table and got up. Then a woman come over and fixed them in minutes. The finished product looks really nice but I had to come home and file them shorter. Day 2 and the nail vanish is coming off I felt very humiliated in the Salon and unfortunately because of that I wont go back. My mum got a woman doing her nails and she was lovely and listened to what she wanted. Service: Nail extensions
