        Dont come to the shop. Just travelled quite some time to come here as Im in the market for an RC and due to them still abiding by over cautious covid rules which havent been a legal requirement for many months I wasnt allowed in the store. Very strange. Im aware that the website is operational however I prefer face to face interaction for advice. Maybe Im old fashioned. However, as the covid restrictions of not letting customers in the store is solely down to the decision of the staff and not abiding by what were legal requirements - I dont see how and when theyll decide to go back to usual function of letting customers in the store. Im sure the business will massively suffer due to this excessive level of caution

        Appalling service! after my daughter in law bought me a Birthday present a voucher to spend. Never received it. I went to the store but couldn't collect it. Spoke on the phone to somebody who basically was no help. Daughter in law received quite a rude email from them regarding the gift voucher. Still 6 months later and nothing from them after emailing again in the last 2 weeks. Not great to be honest.
