Mobile Bitz

It was grate dealing with Gaurang at mobile bitz and the rest of staff. They are wonderful sales and customer service people. I have never dealt with any one so helpful in a mobile phone shop before. I will now do all my mobile phone business with mobile bitz and Will recommend friends and family.

Took the phone in working perfectly fine although the battery needed changing on the iPhone 7 that belongs to my 11 year old daughter. Upon fixing the battery they tell me that the screen is badly fitted screws missing and the home button is no longer working. Not only could they not fix the phone they were the ones who fitted the screen last time and the gentleman had the audacity to tell me that was badly done. One week later still no fix turned up at Watford office -closed door- poor excuses saying they havent got a button they cant fix it refused to fix it for me now have an obsolete phone. More to the point I had emailed the head office to explain the situation more than seven days ago not one response from them. Have you ever tried to call the head office its the most evasive place to contact you cannot find them anywhere online. Stick to the Apple store if you would like any fixes these people do not have the facilities to make sure that they can do a complete repair for your phone. They do not take any responsibility for any damage that they may have caused nor did They explain to you that there may be some issues when they try to repair the phone.

Came in Tuesday and the gentleman working was very professional and helpful. I got exactly what I needed to fix my phone on the spot. Thank you.
