I recently contacted P&H with a view to purchasing a property. The Agent and area are unfamiliar to us ,so it was a leap of faith in choosing P&H. Dealing with Hannah has been a refreshing experience. Her professionalism and grasp of our requirements and remit has been on point. Hannah took the time to talk through our specific needs and, I have no hesitation in recommending P&H for either purchasing or selling ones property.

It was the first time we used the Proffitt & Holt to rent a house. Nicole has been very helpful and very kind. She was always ready to help whenever I called or emailed her. We wasnt the easiest customers im sure but she never had an issue to explain everything for me and my partner. An amazing team of people at Proffitt & Holt. After being treated so poorly by another estate agent in Abbots Langley, Proffitt and Holt were absolutely amazing.....so professional yet personal, with outstanding communication, assistance and support all the way. This is my 3rd time dealing with Proffitt and Holt and I thought they were fantastic. Ill use them everytime now, they are very trustworthy, competitive and did a great job of getting us a surprisingly fantastic price for our home. Ed in particular was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was, and you can tell the staff all work and communicate well together as a team. I highly recommend this estate agents over every other estate agents in the area. So pleased with the end result.

Clear, professional advice and great service. Communications were great and they dealt with everything (even issues caused by my absolutely useless Conveyancer!). We'd previously had the property on sale with a different agent, who promised the earth but delivered no viewers. Profitt and Holt gave us a stack of viewers and an easy sale very quickly. Ed was brilliant at every stage: honest open and professional.
