        They don't just take your money they'll look after you ! Had a faulty product, (won't say which one, it happens) consequently contacted customer service. Thought I might be in for a protracted battle, how wrong was I ! They suggested sending a video of fault rather than returning product for speed, I received a very polite and prompt reply on the morning the video was sent agreeing to a replacement. I didn't think this level of service/care existed in this day and age. Highly recommend.

        I've been using Vape Club for a while now and they are amazing. Items are always dispatched on time and arrive quickly. I recently dealt with their customer service team in regards to an issue and they were able to resolve the issue within a day, really good service!!
