        We recently purchased carpets from Tapi Watford and received an exceptional level of service from Oneil. He went over and above to help us with our selection and ensured we received samples, including one that had to be obtained directly from the manufacturer as it was not readily available on the Tapi website. Oneil is a true asset to the company.

        Well....... words are not enough to describe how happy and pleased I am with the product and service I received from ALL the staff at my local Watford branch. Ranging from the receptionist to the sales team, to the 3 wonderful fitters who consistently portrayed a friendly, helpful and professional attitude! In particular, Chaz & Jason, the store manager/sales rep, I felt were so genuine, giving due time and attention and went beyond their roles. To put it into perspective; I recently became a widow and with my difficult circumstances, there was confusion with my order causing time delay in the fitting, but hats off to these amazing people, the situation got dealt with calmly and appropriately! I am so grateful to both, Chaz and Jason for their understanding, consideration and positive nature helping resolve everything with the best possible outcome!...I would highly recommend them & the whole staff at this branch without any hesitation. You have my deepest respect and gratitude. The three fitters (even though they had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, completed the fitting, efficiently, effectively and so professionally. They were truly brilliant! I am pleased to say that I am now the happy owner of the gorgeous, quality fitted carpet in 'Oslo:Biscuit' colour in my new home ..... So once again, a big thankyou to Tapi Carpets & the fantastic team, Watford, with much gratitude and appreciation. Kind regards, Ms Bharti Shah

        Absolutely awful experience. A member of staff named Jason was pushy and annoying and in the end we walked out because of his persistence. We had explained to him that we didn't need any assistance but he would not leave us alone.
