        Brilliant course. I had not done any real exercise for almost 8 years. In just 8 weeks I was able to run for 30mins without stopping!! I have now 'graduated' to Keep on Running and we run 5km+ every week. I would definitely recommend this course.

        I really enjoyed the 'Learn to Run' course I took. It's a great course which taught me how to run safely. Our coach was so supportive, and luckily for me she was very patient too! Since completing the course I am continuing to run and will be looking to sign up to one of their follow up courses after the summer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Learn to Run to anyone considering taking up running but who may need a bit of help to get started. I met a great bunch of ladies and found it easier to run in a small group, with proper support and encouragement. A big thumbs up to all at Learn to Run
