I am a Newby with this company just under a year. I always ring up to put my order in for what I want. The call handlers are always polite and so so helpful nothing is a problem. They check that I have all I need looking back on my last 2 orders to prompt me if I have enough to last me till my next order. They really have a wonderful set of helpful staff. I recently experienced low stock of items ( not due to Clinidirect ) , Maria from this company chased couriers over a couple of days following a number of delivery issues , and then personally delivered to my home address a number of missing items that were becoming urgent for my needs . That's going the extra mile and a big thank you Maria .

Awful contact services. You can't call them if they are training, nobody is on shift to speak to.

5 stars. All of the staff at Clinidirect go above and beyond to help the customers orders. I have been using them for quite a while and every query and order is delt with promptly by the telephone staff. WELL DONE !!
