I had an amazing experience with Donna when I got my brows refreshed recently. She is a true professional who really listens to her clients and takes the time to understand their preferences. She did an incredible job color correcting my brows and adding natural-looking color to missing areas without making them too dark. Donna's attention to detail is impressive, and she was meticulous throughout the entire process. She even made sure that I was comfortable and warm during the appointment by using a heated blanket! I really appreciated her clear instructions for aftercare as well. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the final result. I had my eyebrows microbladed last week. I was a little worried as I have had them done before but needed them touched up as it had been 2 years. After weeks of research looking for a PMU artist I'm so glad I picked Donna. I'm quite a picky and particular person (probably not the easiest of clients) but Donna was extremely patient with me! She quickly put me at ease by explaining the entire process before starting, constantly making sure I was comfortable as we progressed through the session. The shape of my brows are perfectly natural and complimentary to the shape of my face which is exactly what I wanted. The colour match too is spot on! Her aftercare kit together with demonstration before I left the studio is why my brows have healed so perfectly - complete with wipes, cotton buds, balm, brow wash, brow shields and a step by step leaflet.
