They offer a marketing position but in reality they ask you to distribute advertising and sell starter kits for different companies for which, they only pay you if you sell something (there's no basic salary, they pay you for what you sell). Champtronix is the same company and you will see their good reviews are made by people who only give 5 stars to two companies.

BEWARE! This company is a disaster. They offer a marketing assistant position but at actually it's a sales comission based job.. Don't believe their 5 star rating, it's fake and posted by their own employees (Uproar, Champtronix and BALL events it's absolutely the same company. Don't waist your time like me. Their recruiting speach remembers me to Avon: "be your own boss, you can make as much money as you want!". If you are so sure a person is going to make so much money why don't you offer your employees a fixed salary?

Before the lockdown we used to go out as a team quite often. Even train sometimes together, work on new skills or challenge each other. It seems that the pandemic hasnt stopped us. We adapted to fun and crazy Zoom calls and even managed to keep our weekly crew night tradition
