The boss (Daniel) told me it was not possible to separate the price of the two pieces of granite and compared it to asking how much the tomatoes were on a pizza.
This company replaced two separate pieces of granite in two different parts of the kitchen. I needed to know the price of one of those pieces of granite and was told he couldn't tell me. I was then told the price for one piece would have been exactly the same. When I said if that's the case it means I was given one piece of granite for free Daniel said don't put words in my mouth.
I can't actually believe the conversation that just took place, what a strange way to run a company.
The one star is for the conversation I've just had with the owner of the company, not for the service I received by their installers.
Before calling I sent an email and received a response from Daniel that had nothing to do with the question I'd asked. He also addressed me as Ms followed by my surname despite me signing my name as Laurence. Unless you happen to be French, most people here in the UK by the name of Laurence tend to be male!
For customer service from the boss I'd give them no stars if that was possible.
This morning which is well over a year after using this Co I received the following email;
Hello,
Can you please confirm with your accounting department if there's any due/unpaid invoices owed to our company, as we are currently switching to a new accounting software and a couple of invoices are missing? We apologize for the inconvenience, kindly attach any due/unpaid invoices with this email. I'll appreciate it if all concerned people treat this as urgent. Thanks.
