Hi At the end of autumn and beginning of winter the underfloor heating in one of my zones stops working. This has happened for the past 4 years. Plumbers charge me 100-200 to fix it. I was getting stressed, thinking I would have to pay out again. So I phoned Uponor customer services and I spoke to Dave. He knew exactly what the problem was and advised me how to fix it. Honestly, it was fixed in seconds and he saved me at least 100. I really appreciate his professionalism, patients and specially his humour:) Thank you Dave at Uponor.

We use Uponor Q&E pipe and fittings which has been almost faultless in the 5 years we have been fitting it. We also use Uponor underfloor heating controls recently fitting 3x X-265 controllers and 12 stats in one house. Setting them up was fairly straight forward when I did get stuck their technical support was second to none. Great products with great service

Our underfloor heating broke down and we were badly let down by the guy who fitted the system (independent engineer not Uponor UK) we were eventually given their support number and spoke to Wayne Harris who talked us through the fault, we had to get another Gas company out as no-one in Cornwall deal with this system. Adam from DL gas services came out and was able to fix the fault with Waynes support and knowledge at the end of a telephone. Without Wayne I am absolutely certain we would still be without heating, and Adam would agree with this. Thank you to Wayne for his patience and incredible knowledge, everything is finally working properly.

I contacted Uponor 3 years years ago for help with the controls on our underfloor heating. I spoke with Wayne Harris who from the outset was extremely helpful. He asked me for photos of our current controls and when he received these provided a design for replacement items, and also suggested an experienced installer. I've contacted Wayne a few times over the last few years for queries about our installation and for help with a replacement part and he has always been helpful and patient with me! Where needed he has talked me through any configuration changes which have been required. I am delighted that I contacted Uponor in the first instance for the quality of their products as well as the excellent customer support that Wayne has provided.
