        I purchased the World Travel Adapter at the SEOUL-INCHEON airport. I used it to recharge my phone while at the airport and it worked great. However, when I got home the mechanism for retracting the prongs was stuck down, making the adapter unusable for any country that doesn't use the EU type prongs. Since I had thrown away the receipt, I thought nothing could be done. I contacted Travel-Blue and Samantha had me send pictures of the stuck adapter. It was promptly replaced with a new unit! That is superior customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase additional products from Travel-Blue!

        I lost my travel pillow bag in my last flight and with their great customer service and help of Samantha Hoggarth, Customer Service Manager, a replacement is going to be shipped to me.

        Excellent customer service which exceeded my expectations. Product (combination travel padlock) replaced with no quibbles and received within two day from initial contact. You can't get better than that.
