    Have a washing machine from this brand which is, in general, okay until I had to deal with a fault. Found impossible to have an engineer to come and fix a broken down washing machine even at my own expense (the cost of which is nearly double of a local appliances shop experts). Keep being told Im on some kind of a tracker and someone would call to make a booking and take the payment. Never happened, I gave up and called the local shop which fixed it within a day.

    Advised that they do not offer refunds or exchanges under their manufacturers warranty for small goods. Per customer service team 16.12.22.Nhara Nabeel Malc on customer service has wasted my time since 1 Nov 22 back and forth too asking for serial numbers and proof of purchase - last 5 emails ignored. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't buy Grundig again

    12 month warranty for a 450 fridge freezer has apparently expired 11 months after I received it! Freezer door isnt closing properly and engineer failed to fix problem. Now being told its out of warranty. Awful quality product and awful customer service. ALL EMAILS OF COMPLAINT HAVE BEEN IGNORED!

    Got the hoover quickly, however, the battery didn't charge, so rang customer service, dreadful experience, kept holding on the phone, they had to speak to different people, passed to different dept to be passed back to original dept, saying , someone would ring or email, they never did, so kept chasing for 4 days, finally got a return label sent, we chose not to have replacement as it was such hard work to deal with them...shame as we really wanted this product, but never again...

    Shortly after using our Beko Electric hob (installed 5 months ago) we heard a loud smash. Upon inspection we found the glass on the hob had exploded and sent sharp shards of glass all over our kitchen. Luckily it wasn't in use at the time and the children weren't nearby. We contacted Beko only to be told that we must have dropped something on it or the installer (with years of experience) has installed it incorrectly and that their product wasnt at fault. So now we are left with a dangerous (both sharp glass and electric) hob in out kitchen and are unable to cook healthy meals for our children easily without a hob.
