        Waiting over half a month for delivery, goods still lying in their warehouse! Not allowed to go and collect the parcel myself today. Serriosly dissapointing!

        I wish I could give this depo -10 start, very poor service. I had a notification that my parcel was out for delivery but it never arrived, I then attended the DEPO and they informed me that the parcel was in fact in Stansted Airport and had never arrived at Watford. Today the same issue, they have provided a time but still nothing. I have been in informed that this is system that shows parcel is out for delivery and they can't do anything about it. Not sure how it's possible where other delivery companies don't do this. I have order a parcel from China and it arrived before UPS could deliver a parcel from Stansted Airport to Watford and my address. Never use UPS.
