        I've always found this branch to be super helpfully. They have repaired the leather strap on my work keys free of charge and helped me and my friends out with great service on more than one occasion. I always have a great chat with the guys who work there

        Never use this shop. We had a pen to he engraved for my dads 70th birthday and the manager in the store said it would take an hour and provided me a ticket. When I returned back to pick up the pen the manager had left and someone else was covering, but the engraving had not been done. Only the manager in the shop was skilled enough to engrave 'cylindrical objects'. The person covering would not offer me a refund nor give me the pen back so I could get it engraved elsewhere even though I had the ticket, as apparently this was not enough proof and I should return on Monday morning. So I had to go to my dads birthday party without a gift and not even a reimbursement. Never use this place they are completely unprofessional. Go to another engraving company in future.
