Really highly recommend! Excellent communication (told me exactly when I could expect him), and fair, quality work that unlocked the door in the most cost-effective way possible (even though I had no idea and would have believed it if I'd been told something more complicated was necessary). Also provided some additional advice free of charge.

Steven responded immediately on the phone despite being late on a Saturday evening, managed expectations for my emergency job, kept informed about his arrival. Polite and considerate of my family and the need to get them into the property asap. Explained the problem, reason and ultimately provided a reliable solution.
