Prosecution for Train Fare Evasion I would highly recommend Penman Sedgwick! I was stopped on a rail journey for buying a childs ticket instead of an adults. I received notification that the Train Operator was going to prosecute me in Magistrates Court for fare evasion, so I instructed Penman Sedgwick. Speed was of the essence as a court date was being set and Mary Kyriacou conducted an interview with me to gather the facts within 24 hours of instruction. The following day the letter had gone to the train operator. Within one week my case was settled out of court by way of a fine and most importantly with no criminal record. I cannot recommend Mary highly enough!

Avoid this legal team, Claire will not have the best interests of her clients at heart, far more interested in ensuring that the best route is easiest and helps her fellow solicitors to get as much money as possible. I would even go as far to say her knowledge base of law is questionable!
