Lucy Victoria Designs - I approached Lucy to help us with decorating our lounge and kitchen and am so happy I did! Lucy is absolutely superb at what she does, she was able to translate my very rough idea of what I was looking for into a reality, with in depth research into different products and styles, and constant communication. Throughout the process Lucy has been friendly, professional and thorough, meaning that we have achieved an absolutely fantastic end result, which I feel confident and very happy with. I have already discussed other projects in our house with Lucy, and cant wait for her help with them too. I cannot recommend Lucy highly enough! I have appointed Lucy Victoria Design to give a vibrant/lively look and feel to study/office room and entrance hallway in my flat. I wanted give simple and vibrant look to make the empty space and create a blend of home and office feeling. Lucy provided me a reasonable quotation and description of activities, deliverables in clear and concise manner. Very professional! Lucy visited the site to understand the exact requirements. She personally took all the detailed measurements and discussed the requirements with me. After her first site visit she provided two concept design and mood board options along with plans and elevations. During her second visit she explained to me these two options. I must say she is very good listener and a very hard- working professional. I chose one option. During her visit she suggested colour for walls which I really liked. I do not want to write the colour name here but I am very happy with the colour she suggested. You will need to phone her and ask her . Trust me its a very choice and good colour. The colour itself instantly made a big difference. She has team of very good decorators. She bought in her decorator to explain what works are involved. Her decorators are very skilled and very professional and did a great job. During the third stage, she provided detailed list of furniture and fixings along with the list of weblinks for each including exact cost estimate. I must say nothing really expensive considering lot of people have misconception that interior design is not for all as they provide all designer stuff and you end up spending lot of money. Lucy is well qualified interior design professional and done lot of research on spaces. Based on my requirement she has chosen most of the items from Ikea and some of the items from specific stores. After placing the study desk, lamp the open space turned into professional home studio/office. I am yet to get rest of the furniture and paintings/pictures, wall clock suggested by her. Once I get everything in place, I will post the photos in my second review. I must say she has spent quite a good time and gone out of the way to resourcing all the items and fixtures including visit to the lighting store. I am very pleased with Lucy's work. She is very dedicated and know how to transform empty spaces without putting dent on your pocket. I strongly recommend to use her services for designing, transforming and delivering empty spaces in your home, office and commercial space. I will be using her again to redesign my Kitchen in the new year. She is currently developing her website and Insta pages which will provide proof of her work and innovative ideas. We used Lucy Victoria Design, to help theme our beauty room and gym. Bringing her expertise and inspiration she transformed our dull space into 2 beautiful rooms. I have now asked her to help redesign my kitchen. Couldnt recommend highly enough.
