Customer Service was not great. It also took a while for the milkshakes to come out (we ordered 5). But I guess that was expected.
Now here is where they lost a few stars!
I ordered a bounty milkshake.
My milkshake was not at all sweet and tasted a bit plain. When I finished it, I noticed the cup still had some weight to it. Took off the lid and instantly realised why it wasnt sweet! The bounty was still sitting at the bottom!
They clearly hadnt blended it for long enough! I should have complained but had to dash! Oh well wont be going back there again!

Wait times could be better but so much prep goes into each order so this is not a negative remark as doubt it can be improved.
Love this place. I dont think theres a vegan option though which is an option at Snog which is another favourite place of mine.they have a coconut option.
