ABSOLUTELY RUDE STAFF! Went 3 times for oil filter, and 3 times I was told to go back another day. First time 12:30 they said to me the guy from the parts department its on lunch. Second time at 1:30 they said the same thing and said come another day. Now I went there 4:55pm to make sure the guy is not on lunch, and they saw me and tell me to wait for a bit fair enough, I even saw the guy from the part, and after 6 minutes 5:01pm one gentleman came to me to tell me that the guy from parts finish work at 5:00pm so I cant get it again. Ask him can you please give me just one oil filter, its important for me, he said I cant, come on Monday. I told him this is the third time he and and. This is absolutely disrespectful! I finish with there. Give up! I have to go and get it from somewhere else now. I believe this is not the way to make business, especially in this hard days..

I bought a Tucson last week, the service we got from Paul was second to none. He found the right car and had it delivered to the dealership for me to check over. I would recommend Paul and Watford Hyundai.

I went to the showroom in January 2023 to find out the process of buying a new car. My wife and I had our hearts set on a Tucson and wanted to find out more. Initially we spoke to Martin who gave us everything we needed to know. Paul then took over after we were set on making a purchase. We thought we'd have to wait a while but the spec we wanted was actually coming to the showroom as a demo car and they agreed that we could have it. We picked up the car in March and Inga helped us with that process. The whole process was great and we are delighted with our new car. Martin, Paul and Inga we all fantastic
