I worked with Alastair on my deep rooted fear of being judged and rejected. His approach to helping me with this was unique and in the end transformative. Alastair met me with an incredibly engaging curiosity and presence that I've rarely experienced in my life, which left me feeling heard, understood and validated. At the same time he managed to make what was a overwhelming and heavy subject for me feel easy, comfortable and even enjoyable at times to work through and process. I can highly recommend working with Alastair if you want to overcome fears and internal obstacles getting in the way of your personal growth and development.

Before a the session with Alastair, I have a lot of mental issues mainly due to self doubt, anxiety and insecurity, I was in deep trouble and didn't think I can get out of that. But after only one session with Alastair and following his instructions in during the session, I was able to almost change my situation in just 3 weeks. His instructions were very simple, easy to understand but they are totally effective. When we got to the follow-up session, I no longer feel anxious or insecure in social situations anymore, fears of judgement are gone. I am actually more active after 3 weeks and I can see myself getting more comfortable in the future. I am really grateful for this experience and if someone ask me to recommend a mindset coach, I would definitely refer to him right away. Thank you Alastair!
