Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green hotel

I would give 5 stars for the room as per Premier Inns usual standards but one star for breakfast. The buffet kept running out of food even though breakfast was not busy. I had to ask for bacon, eggs, black pudding, and bread. Other people were also asking for milk and juice. Luckily, I did not have to ask for bread twice as I managed to get the last round when I went back for more toast.

Paid for a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids I got given a double room the sofa bed head board was hanging off walls where all stained marks every where carpet was pulled up in the corner of the room down stair toilets there was marks all over the wall and hole in the wall made me feel angry that I paid money to stay in a runned down hotel thats not looked after and I paid money for somthing I never got ruined my holiday

Rooms: Room had a double bed with a single bed too. This was the same price as a twin, which my daughter and I originally booked, meaning we had plenty of room. Only complaint was the shower bath as it had a shower curtain, yeah stuck to you at times. However that's the only thing we could complain about, everything else was great.
