Awful to get on phone. Can't make an appointment due to ill health and cannot inform them. Probably won't get a replacement appointment because " I didn't inform them" even though I've not stopped calling ! Anxious about even going now if this is their service example.

The staff are very helpful and patient. We are lucky to have a free health service to provide this level of care. Easy to drive to. Parking is limited.

Have had four sets of Insoles Made and all of them are wrong. Theyre cheap and nasty since the private company took it over. Ive had to put it hold But will follow up with a complaint. Im just not well enough at the moment.
