Extremely SLOW SERVICE, it seems like the staff are walking around in a daze. It's bizzare to see how slow they're actually prepared to carry out the service before a waiting customer, understandably frustrated, asks them to hurry up. I used to work at McDonald's, only a few years ago, and taking almost 5mins to serve someone 2 hash browns and a coca cola would not have been tolerated. Especially during a relatively quiet period. SPEED UP THE SERVICE GUYS PLEASE.
