Despite my stylist being lovely and kind. I do not think she was qualified or experienced enough to bleach and colour hair. As a young woman, 19, who has only dyed her hair once previous to this I can honestly say I am scarred. I booked in for a 1/2 head balayage which costed 70, as a student this took a while to save up and I had travelled from Cambridge specifically for this service. I asked for a cool toned brown balayage to pair well with my already dark hair, but was left with streaks of grey, orangey brown and blonde (as seen in the images) My bleached hair towards the front was a grey colour and towards the back was orangey brown. I am so disappointed in the service of this salon and cannot recommend this to anyone. I was also left with damp hair, due to it being closing time my stylist could not dry my hair sufficiently. Left with damaged and multicoloured bleached hair, I resulted into box dye as my only solution just a week later. As if this wasnt bad enough, I was left with a patch of unblended bleach at my roots which was very prominent as my hair is naturally a very dark brown (as seen in the image below) Overall, unfortunately I do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for hair colouring/ balayage!!! Danielle has done an amazing job on my hair. I had balayage, cut and styled it curly. I will definitely be going back! Great service and value for money
