Emily, Emily, Emily... what can I say. You have made my day!! Best hair cut in a very long time and after I attempted to cut my own hair a couple of months ago which left it looking meh, Emily transformed me! She was professional, calm, friendly and just a god send. Emily restored my faith in going to the hairdressers! Thank you so much and look forward to having my roots done with you next week!! If I could leave zero stars I would. What an absolute let down of a company! I booked an appointment over the phone for 10am. An actual person. Booked it for 10am. This was for a pre-wedding cut and blow dry for a wedding at 1pm. I received a email at 8am confirming my appointment. When I arrived the whole shop was shut. No answer on the phone. They dont open until 11. Why was my appointment made for 10 then? I was counting on being finished by 11 to get ready for the wedding. We have to pay 25 for missing an appointment. What compensation do we get for them being so incompetent? So far, no one has even got back to me. Would not recommend using this company unless you have time to reschedule elsewhere! Very poor service, I was quoted a price for half head highlights which was different to the one agreed on the telephone appointment booking. Furthermore the styling Consultant Marie was so rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my needs as to what I require she was very condescending and arrogant. I would not use this salon again
