        I attended the heart chakra workshop by Mary McLellan Yoga yesterday and cannot recommend it enough. She covered a bit of theory, a yoga session, meditation and a breath work session. Ive never attended a breath work session before so didnt know what to expect but all I can say is Wow!. Mary is very passionate about these subjects and explained things in simple terms. Afterwards I had one of the best nights sleep that Ive ever had. This is something I believe, everyone should try and I have already recommended it to family and friends.

        Mary is an amazing teacher, I have been attending her classes for many years now and subscribed to her online yoga. Her classes are always fun and different never the same, she is super knowledgeable and always adapts the pose or exercise to your ability. I love the balance of exercise, relaxation and the fact you can attend her outdoor classes in the summer months which makes it just perfect. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else
