Met Kwaku on Thurs 29 Dec. He helped our Ukraine guest. He was compassionate and made us all feel at ease. He is a credit to this organisation and we feel so lucky, that he took care of us. TheJohnsons.

I went to the job centre for career advice and was told, because I am on not on benefits they can't help me. Some people working there, can't do enough to help you. The lady today was not one of them. She was unfriendly and just wanted to rush me out. Also some staff members look down on you, if they think you are not working and taking benefits.
