Absolutely would not recommend.Ordered a print of a very Van Gogh picture. When it arrived was dire the print was awful the edges blurring and the colour way to bright and not a reflection of the real picture. I immediately contacted them said I wanted to return for a refund as what I received was totally different from what they advertised. Not only was the print ghastly but it took a further two weeks of trying to get them to pick it up. Many days waiting in for no reason they just couldnt get their act together kept saying they had booked couriers but they didnt show up. Although they seemed perfectly nice on the phone and helpful that appeared to be an act. Would not rec to anyone was a nightmare experience.

The people at CreoGlass Design are total professionals. We visited their workshop and were given plenty of time to look around and to see how the splashback might look in our kitchen. The guys that came out and measured up were very knowledgeable and helpful. Alex, our sales consultant, was very patient and let us change the design to how we wanted it to look. The actual fitting was efficient and the guys were great. Everything happened when Creoglass said it would and we were kept informed at every step. A truly great team.

I was really pleased with the service and my unique reasonably priced splashback, for which we have had lots of compliments, and hopefully lots of business for Creoglass as we always say who we got them from. Nicole is fantastic and so were the other members of staff. However, I was not pleased with the colour of the matching socket covers which Creoglass had dyed to order. Nicole then sent a replacement set for all 14 socket covers. I was still not pleased. Nicole said she would let me have a refund. She waited 2 years (for me to send them back and I could not believe all the money for the socket covers was refunded within 24 hours. Thanks Nicole and I will continue to recommend you. Just had CreoGlass install our Antique Mirror splashbacks as the final piece of our new kitchen. They have been a very professional company from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the project and everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, from design to installation. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They do some fantastic designs as well as more traditional stuff. Really pleased with their efforts.
