Attenborough Surgery

I have had 2 appointments recently with Dr Pramanik who I found to be compassionate knowledgable and supportive. A first class doctor. I have also found the receptionists helpful particularly the receptionist at the Holywell practise. All in all a very satisfied patient.

Once again poor service from the surgery. I dont know when they will get their act together. My wife is pregnant and called up on Thursday 13/04/23 to ask for a repeat prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. She called up again today 17/04/23 and asked if it had been done the receptionist who was utterly useless just said nothing had been done and she doesnt know when the GP will review it, this was at 11 am today and still no one from the surgery has even bothered to try and resolve the issue. We fly away on holiday on Wednesday and nothing has been sorted out. Ive had a similar situation before where my mother didnt get her repeat prescription sent to the pharmacy with had her end up in a&e for 5 hours with two ambulance drivers because her Blood pressure was so high and didnt have the medication to help her. Again if Attenborough had their services and process sorted out the situation would have not escalated and it would not have led to 2 ambulance drivers sitting in a&e waiting for my mother to be seen. Once again Attenborough it just shows you dont learn, and one day you will cause some serious harm to someones life !

The online system is so simple to use and means while Im working full time I can request a phone call back. The surgery can use the information Ive provided and respond accurately.

By far the worst surgery I've ever encountered in my life, staff were extremely rude, argumentative, discriminative and berligerant. The doctors are lazy and have no duty of care towards patients this practice should be CLOSED with the people running it. I put a complaint in against one of their GPs (Dr Rajan) but the supervisor at this surgery (Louise or lewis) whatever her name is totally ignored my complaint she didnt even bother to contact me. Unfortunately 1 star was minimum they dont even deserve that.

I found this surgery practise to be absolutely 1st class. They undertake training junior doctors who are extremely thorough. Had this not been the case I probably wouldn't be alive to post this review.Many thanks 100%
