Loudly asked what for is my need for an appointment in front of other people, which I refused to tell her.
It took me long time to finally decid
e to deal with my problem and got such a poor reception and bad attitude.
Few months later...
I can't believe how great the service is now. 8am call, 10th in the queue, got appointment same day and treated like a respecfil customer. I think it was Kerry, she was great, very much appreciate her help. Great practice again and flight reinstated! Well done!
