We used this company for a work event. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Every attendee absolutely adored the flowers, they were most definitely the highlight of the day! So if you're looking to impress, I would definitely go for Ufloria! We are looking forward to working with them again soon.

Khalida and the team did the most superb flower arrangements for my wedding, they totally exceeded my expectations. Khalida is wonderful from the moment we first met I knew she was the one to work on my wedding, she is super professional and her team are great! I could not recommend her enough. Thank you all for making my day super special.

I initially came across U-Floria at the National Wedding Show in London and was really excited to get my artificial bouquets from here for my wedding. Staff were friendly and their selection of artificial flowers were amazing. I made an appointment to meet with Khalida back in November to discuss what I wanted for my bouquet but when I turned up to the garden centre, Khalida was not there to meet me and was instead running another errand. However, a friendly staff member did step up to the plate to help me out with what I needed, but needless to say this was not the meeting I had in mind and the staff was only able to give me an approximate quote based off of what I wanted without Khalida there but she had promised she would pass the message along to Khalida who would contact me about my order with more detail. Having not heard anything from U-Floria, I reached out again on instagram and that was when Khalida finally emailed me back with a quote of cost. I thanked her for the quote and made another query which she replied after a week. Despite all this I emailed to confirm my order with the prices she had quoted and asked if she needed to meet with me again to discuss the flowers options as she wasn't there the first time round. She has not replied since that day (this was 4 months ago!) and suffice it to say, I was not going to waste anymore time chasing up somebody who clearly has no intention of taking up my order. I have since ordered my bouquets elsewhere and I am so glad I did as I absolutely love them. On the whole, flowers were lovely, selection was okay but the lack of communication, disorganisation and remorse for forgetting a meeting was unacceptable to me as a customer.
