Terrible service, totally ignores customers waiting, terrible waiting times, horrible staff member refused a homeless man a cup of water, tables were a mess. I will never be back, not enough mince in the tacos, over priced

Staff are completely uninterested - can't be bothered attitude. Wanted to order at the counter and was told to use the self-service kiosk. All 3 of the self-service screens stopped working during this time (showing an error message). This forced them to try and take an order via the till. Ended up leaving halfway through the fiasco and went to Chipotle down the road. This was during the day, store half empty. You could tell they didn't care if we stayed or left! Made such a bad first impression - won't be going again.
