        If I could give 0 stars for this particular company I would ! Have been asking for a final invoice for a change of tenancy from over 18 months ago - received a final demand today. Phoned customer services and the final invoice miraculously arrived whilst I was on the phone to the advisor ?? Didn't receive the invoice by post as they had sent it to an incorrect address .

        Not only the worst energy companies , but possibly the worst companies I've dealt with. The discrimination I encountered was unparalleled. Was racially abused by one of their staff! Absolutely disgusting and will be taking this to court !
