I had to chase continually for the EICR report and resorted to sending a 7 day Letter informing them that legal action would be taken, I was assured once again by Joe Wharton the MD, that he would personally see to this but again no report was received. After calling them every day after the 7 day deadline for a week I only received the report when I contacted NICEIC and reported them.
Upon receiving an electronic copy of the report I asked if I would receive a hard copy the reply was No we don't send them out as they usually find their way into a bin or cupboard, hardly professional! Laughably they chased me for payment of the invoice sending a 7 day overdue reminder, when this had already been paid in full on the due date and Joe Wharton had himself acknowledged the payment had been received!
Understandably I will not be recommending this company to anybody! Services: Electrical inspections, Outdoor lighting installation, Fan installation
