Great place, serves both public and trade - High level of service regardless of who you are. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who are happy to help and go out of their way to fulfill needs. Would recommend 100%.

Terrible place to shop and work. I had previously been a customer here for a year or so and always seems to be full of unhelpful and unhappy staff. They seem to go the extra mile for certain customers but if you dont spend enough they make it clear your not that important. I have been into the slough branch when working out at the airport which is totally different, everyone seems happy and friendly in slough. At Watford the staff turnover is high and I can understand why. I started using another local wholesaler and never looked back.

Been using rapid for a year now and honestly cant fault them. They have most stuff in stock and if they dont they will get it ASAP. Cant fault Steve and his team behind the counter, they will go above and beyond to help you out and very friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else
