JVC / PC CURRYS are the worst TVs COMPANY and Worst customer service.. I bought a TV just 2 years and 1 month, after the warranty the TV logo keep looping, they ripped me off 96 just for diagnose the TV and they returned it without repairing even though they assumed whats the issue was and they said I have to find some external service to repair it, so the so called engineers are there for what ? Its so disappointing and unhelpful companies (JVC and PC currys). If you dont want headaches I dont recommend. The worst experience Ive never experienced as a customer with a reputable company.

I ordered ha-a11T Bluetooth headphones which I never used as they been sent first and second time damage ...at the end I got refund back for it but is not been a good experience as JVC doesn't have either a telephone number even though everytime I had to get in touch with them I had to open a ticket.

I have bought a caravan with a JVC radio in it the Blutooth will not connect every time I try to get answers I have to fill in an online form which raises a "ticket" and a link is sent by email to take you back to their website. RUBBISH product RUBBISH customer services. Zero rating!

I don't believe that JVC is at this location anymore, since its amalgamation with KENWOOD, Japan. Casio seems to have this address now.
