My shirt has come out dirtier than when it went in. When questioned the grumpy guy was full of excuses. Even the woman being served before me had an argument with them about output quality.

two men behind the counter, grumpy and moany. They must have some very loyal customers who like being treated like an inconvenience when trying to spend money. I have never had an experience like it, and will never use this crowd again. They could do with learning a thing or two about the customer experience. Shocking.
