My first time in the surgery and I have to say Im very disappointed I called on Tuesday because Ive had very bad food poisoning the doctor told me to come in and get sample bottle and to drop it off the same day before 1pm for results the next day to see if I needed antibiotics. I call 2 days later wait on hold for 35mins to get told my results wont be back for a week?! That completely defeats the object and in a weeks time Ill be absolutely fine and wont be needing any antibiotics. Extremely disappointed.

Awful parking. Had a load of bushey football mums in 4x4 cars who dont know how to drive, force me out on the main road. Had to park on the side of the main road and staff werent apologetic whatsoever that there isnt enough information on how parking is so tight and where possible back up parking is and so on. If I knew all this information I would have been able to find a space and not be stressed out. Had to go for an appointment and like other people I dont want to be stressed or annoyed before an appointment. I wont be coming here again for any type of treatment again

Pro's - Staff are very helpful & friendly - Clean - A number of good services provided. - Large waiting room. Neutral - Appointment booking system. It is irritating, but the fact that they run an "on the day" booking system means that, as long as you know how it works, you are likely to get an appointment, when needed & no long waiting times for appointments. Con's - There is often a disconnect between what the Dr has told you and the reception/ front of house team which can be infuriating. Often had to turn up on another day when the right receptionist is on to get what you need/ what has been agreed with the Dr. Persistence is key/ often necessary. - Parking, I know they are constraint to the space they have.... but parking here is often difficult with no immediately obvious, legal, backup in the nearby area.
