Bricket Wood Medical Centre

Having moved to Bricket Wood 5 months ago, I have had four appointments at the surgery and have been seen by all three doctors. I have received appointments on the same day as requested or on the following day on each occasion. The receptionist has been wonderfully helpful and caring every time. Each doctor has been kind and compassionate every time I have been. I honestly cannot think of anything they could do better and am really pleased I registered with them. I have also had appointments here for my 11 month old son and 2 year old daughter and have been very pleased with their appointments too. Well done

I suspect all NHS GPs will lose marks for not being able to fully provide the service we would like. More a problem with the NHS rather than any specific doctor. I have been going to this surgery almost 20 years and found them to be ok. Opening times are a bit odd, but now I understand the routine. Certain GP attends different day due to the surgery being a small branch from the main surgery in London Colney. This does mean making an appointment to see a specific GP takes a while. Over the years there has been a mix of different receptionists. But the current ladies are generally very polite and helpful.
