        It's rather Interesting how the service provided by the receptionist is highlighted positively, in several five-star reviews. I am pretty sure these reviews were written using fake accounts by relatives or friends of the receptionist. The receptionist is outright rude and there are no two ways about it.

        Absolutely useless staff cannot get hold of the reception ever and when you do they are rude and don't know how to do they're jobs. Dentists are good but reception staff is poor and needs to be sorted out. Everyone behind that desk should be sacked.

        They are the best!! I got appointment next day. The team is very friendly and they can translate to many languages which is really great in the UK. Thats obvious the doctor has a huge experience, she saved the unsaveable teeth and made my smile as beautiful as Julia's at reception. I only can recommend this practice.
