The most professional Dentist. Explaining every detail of the procedure taking his time knowing how nervous I am. If you have had a bad experience with a previous Dentist then Dr. Ric. is highly recommened by me. Wonderful Nursing staff at his surgery too.

Came in with a loose crown, for an initial assement, had a quick look maybe 2 minutes, took an X-ray then hit me with a 20 minute sales pitch recommending so many different options without much guidance with completely mixed messages. Asked them to send me an email to confirm the options paid 25 and left. 3 days later no email has arrived. I won't be going back, unfortunately allot of Dentists in this country are sacrificing good quality advice for the greed and rewards of the sales pitch.

I had the best dentist experience and I will come always at his practice! Dr. Dedi is exelent. He explains everything in detail, works very gentle and shows what means for someone to like his/her job. I certainly recommend his practice!
