Blue Cross Dental Care

I had my first appointment today, as soon as I got there they made me pay the first treatment amount, I didnt even knew what was the treatment for! First of all never received a text/ email or call with a reminder of my appointment, I had to call a day before to make sure as I had to book 10 days in advance. Second of all I got into the dentist room, seem very friendly and nice staff but as soon as I sat down I explained what my problem was and she didnt even took the time to explain the process I was gonna go for start putting things inside my mouth till I started feeling so much pain, she was putting the anaesthesia on me and then she proceed to check my x-ray to see what the problem was (what?) I asked what are you going to do? She mention fillers and immediately pointed the prices and no explanation of how the procedure was. The dentist seemed in a rush didnt even had time to look at her face! As soon as we finished I had to ask again what the hell happened inside my mouth and what is the after care. When I left the receptionist asked me what treatment did I had in order for her to take the payment so lack of communication on everything. However my dentist (which I dont even know the name) and the helper where nice and friendly and recommended me to follow some procedures to keep my teeth healthy. Just improve to get a better communication between the team and specially the clients.

I had 2 teeths removed by a really lovely team. I was super nervous and scared but they made me feel really calm and relaxed. The doctor explained me whats going to happen now even that how he will remove my teeths which one of them was wisdom teeth. I never had such a great experience anywhere I went before even with private dentists. The doctor and the dental nurse was so lovely and I cant say enough but thank you for everything!! one more to mention because everyone complaining about receptionist. When I arrived today she welcomed me with a big smile she gave me the form to sign and because she saw that i was nervous she started talking to me making sure that im okay. Visited this morning for a wisdom tooth removal following a referral by my usual dentist. Was very nervous and apprehensive as Ive never had minor oral surgery before. Arrived to a lovely clean and bright practice with forms pre-prepared. Dr Olusanya is an ABSOLUTE GENIUS! I didnt feel a single bit of pain at all. I was talked through the procedure and all the risks etc. Made to feel completely comfortable and at ease knowing I was in professional care. Im going to change all my dental care to this practice after today. GENIUS!!!

I would survive not overly friendly dentist but being send home few minutes after my wisdom tooth removal telling me everything is fine only to be rushed to the hospital not even hour later suffocating on blood clots size of my fist and blood just pouring out of my mouth isnt something i can deal with. Even surgeons in hospital said they never saw anything like that. Not only i lost almost 2l of blood, now Im traumatised for life. Never again would i visit this place
